Sound Healing at the Integratron

What is sound healing?  Simply put, sound healing is the conscious use of the energy of sound to reach identified goals to promote health and wellness in the body temple.  Sound healing is founded on the premise that all matter is vibrating at specific frequencies and science has shown that sound (vibration) has a definite impact upon physical substance, including our bodies.


 


Envision yourself in a setting similar to kindergarten nap time, a handful of individuals rest comfortably upon cushioned pads with blankets and pillows.  Lying on your back, you stare up at a dome-shaped ceiling completely fashioned out of Douglas fir.  You hear the sound of your own breathing strangely amplified in this acoustically perfect space.  Relaxing, you connect to the rhythm of your breath and let your conscious mind drift...
